5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1. The BUYER accepts that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc. of the product subject to the contract on the SELLER's website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
5.2. The product subject to the contract is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
5.3. Product delivery is made through the cargo company and the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the recipient is not at the address during delivery.
5.4. The BUYER accepts that if he/she wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Details regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal are available on our website.

7. IN CASE OF DISPUTE
In case of dispute, the consumer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

8. ENFORCEMENT
