When Will My Order Reach Me?
Orders placed within Istanbul are generally delivered to your address within 1 day, while orders placed from other cities are delivered to your address within 1-4 business days on average. -
How Can I Find Out Whether My Order Has Been Shipped?
You can track the status of your order by logging into your Wealtivo account and visiting the "My Order Details" page, or you can inquire using the cargo tracking number sent to you. -
What Should I Pay Attention to When Receiving the Product from the Cargo?
When receiving your package, check for any damage, such as crushing, tearing, or getting wet. If you notice any damage, do not accept the package and have the courier report it to the courier. -
The package arrived but I wasn't at home. How can I get my product?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch and held there for three days. You can collect it during this period by visiting the branch with your ID. If the product is not collected within three days, it will be returned to us.
